Copper Hills Youth Center offers trauma-informed inpatient treatment to adolescent boys and girls experiencing a primary psychiatric disorder, as well as a specialized substance abuse treatment program.
Our inpatient programs for adolescent girls, adolescent boys and patients experiencing substance abuse disorder include a number of therapeutic interventions including individual, family and group therapy.
Copper Hills Youth Center Provides specialty treatment for male patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as a specialized Recreation Therapy Program.
The Copper Hills Youth Center Autism Spectrum Disorder Program, known as “Arches,” is designed to enhance the lives of adolescents aged 12 through 17 who are struggling with social, communication, behavioral and sensory problems related to Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or related diagnoses.

The Education Department at Copper Hills Youth Center is committed to meeting the individual educational needs of our diverse student population. We currently have a staff of a school administrator, ten certified teachers and one educational assistant working in our program. The strength and talent of our staff is reflected in their diverse teaching styles while maintaining a unity of purpose as identified in our mission, vision and values statements.
